My cramps are regulating
So I started drinking this and the raspberry leaf tea for pregnancy and menstrual cramp support 2 /3 weeks before my period everyday and OMG this is the first time I didn’t have cramps that disabled me ! I’m so shocked , I did still have cramps but they weren’t as bad and I was able to take Tylenol every 8 hours. My flow wasn’t even as heavy! It has been yearssss of painful periods but this one was so much better. Please buy and also be consistent, drink it well before your period is due so you can experience the full benefits.

Regulate Your Cycle
I used this to regulate my cycles after I stopped my birth control. My body was failing to ovulate. Once I took this I saw that my hormone levels were rising as expected during the daily tracking . After forty days I have my period. The taste was also pretty pleasant. I love the little quotes on the tea bag. For more balance I mixed this with spearmint tea.

Life Saver Control my menstrual
1st time I brought it and it helped me so much with my menstrual. I was heavy flow for a month became anemic, was tired and weak I needed a blood transfusion but I never went thru with it. I purchased this tea and drank it twice a day and by the 2nd day my menstrual was slowing down by the 3rd day it stopped 🤩🥳 Help me with my aches and cramping, I also started to eat carrot salad, and in the mornings spinach with chopped garlic and pepper flakes. I got used to the tastes it good with a lil honey. I can't live without this tea. I cut my tea bag and place it in a tea metal strainer.
