Poor quality item
Steamer is extremely cheaply made. The stand is very flimsy and the steamer doesnt iron out wrinkles very well. On top of these issues I smelled something burning up from my outlet and the plug was burnt. Wont issue a refund

Worth the money
It’s so useful. It’s lightweight so you can place it anywhere you want and the steam starts in like 1-2 mins of turning it on. Just fill the tank with water, use the glove that comes with it and start ironing your outfits, it’s that easy. Definitely value for money as you don’t have to worry about getting your heavy, expensive outfits ironed from the market.
