Does the 60 min bessel move so you can spin it and set it to see when 20 mins has passed?

I have the orange one and mine doesn't spin. Perhaps its stuck as I never tried in two years. Duracell 377 battery was replaced twice so far it seems to last over a year or so.

Value for money water resistant hard wearing

Great for my job as a forklift driver. Can tell the time at a glance without taking my hands off the controls. Comfy and light. Illum is not good but I work days so it's not an issue. Keeps very good time. I set it against 3 Casio digitals and all were within 1 second variance after a week. Great for the money and looks cool on the wrist. And I can swim with it!
