Hi Rebecca it's more or less a mint flavour mouthwash it's very good with no fluoride but does have a kick to it like a sharp taste. Use it with the fluoride free toothpaste.

Hi, does this mouthwash sting/burn? I'm very sensitive to mouthwashes as they tend to leave small blisters around the edge of my tongue.

It doesn't affect me and I have used it for several years. Because I, too, have a sensitive mouth, I always put some mouthwash into a half glass of water and rinse with that. I can't use any mouthwash neat from the bottle but watering down works well. I have used several different mouthwashes over time but I find this one suits me best.You might find that you are OK with your existing mouthwash providing you water it down. I know the instructions always say to use it neat but I have never been able to do that.Hope that helps.Sharron
