I liked Shatavari Liquid for its ease of taste and quality.

Product arrived sealed but top was open and leaked all over the box.

I was NOT asked to write this review. I am NOT getting paid for it, nor am I getting anything for free. I'm doing this because I would like to give the company credit for creating an AMAZING product -- while also potentially helping some who is looking for something to make them feel better.I've had a chronic auto-immune related health problem for the past five years, which has caused swelling in BOTH of my legs... So much so that I've been in pain every. single. day. It has been awful... not because it's at an excruciating level, but rather because it has been happening for so long, and the many doctors I've asked to help me have been clueless as to what could be done (aside from pain meds with all sorts of side effects.)Prior to discovering this product, I made the following efforts to give myself some temporary leg pain relief:1. Knee-high compression socks does REDUCE the pain/swelling, but they do not give me 100% relief.2. Electric calf massager (similar to those used in hospitals to prevent blood clots.) Although it does help, I cannot walk around with the leg sleeves on because the control unit must remain plugged into the wall while in use.3. Sometimes I lay on my back, with my feet up on the wall, but I obviously cannot be very productive in my job/day with my feet up on a wall. ;-)4. Turmeric supplement did the MOST good among the five things I've listed here. Problem is, I HATE the taste. I used (veg) capsules awhile, but they are the size of horse pills, and I have to take at least 4 of them in order to obtain noticeable relief.5. Water pills did absolutely no good -- nor did charcoal tablets.My health condition also creates inflammation in my esophagus, which makes it feel like I have a lump in my throat, 24/7. The esophagitis sometimes also means food gets 'stuck' while going down. Drinking some water washes/pushes the food down w/o pain, but this problem is quite annoying.I have noticed since I've been taking this product (3 times per day), my esophagitis/throat issues has improved!The type of asparagus people typically eat is apparently called 'aspargus officinalis', while the type used in traditional Indian medicine is 'asparagus racemosus' (hence the title of this item listing).I discovered by chance that 'regular' green asparagus helps with inflammation and edema, after eating it one night for dinner, then noticing relief that night and the following day.Although asparagus is my favorite vegetable, it's obviously not practical to think I can eat it 7 days a week.After deciding on this one and placing my order, I kept my fingers crossed... And sure enough, I had ZERO pain in my legs by day-2!!!!I've read up on shatavari/racemosus extract and was glad to see it can helps with a LOT of different problems, to include digestive issues -- and with little to no risk of side effects.This stuff is more valuable than gold to me (and does NOT make my pee stink.) ;-)I've been raving so much about this product that my boyfriend has decided to try it for his chronic bloating. I'm ordering a 2nd bottle for him today.If you have health issues that may be helped with shatavari, you've GOT to give this brand/formula a try!I'm not trying to claim it's a magical cure-all, but in my case, it truly has been life-changing!!!
