A little bit about myself, I’ve always had inconsistent periods. Like my whole life, they would come every few months or weeks causing my hormones to mess up badly. I suggest these so much. Take them regularly, and you’ll see improvements within a week most likely (I did). These are helping me SO much with my PCOS (PMOS). I am an alcoholic and combined with my PCOS, my period was so delayed because my body wasn’t healthy. I stopped drinking alcohol on 6/9/2026, took only 2 supplements yesterday 6/11 and I started my cycle again this morning after my last one was 4/25/2026! I do 2 or 4 capsules depending on how sensitive my tummy is that day, but even 2 work so well. They make me feel brighter and more functional, literally from within.

I have been using this same brand for years and on the latest bottle I ordered I noticed a colour and texture change in the pills. On the right is the old supplements, which is powdery and yellowish and on the left is the new formula which is grayish and more sandy than the other. The old formula works wonders on me, hopefully this new and undisclosed changes won’t affect the results.

I’ve been really happy with this inositol supplement. The capsules are easy to take, and I love that it combines myo-inositol, D-chiro inositol, vitamin D3, and ashwagandha in one product. It’s convenient and feels like a great addition to my daily wellness routine.

After one month my cycle is regular! No weird side effects to this for me. I take with milk, two in the morning two at night. I feel better and was able to track a normal cycle for once! Will be continuing this!

Si cumple con lo especificado para qie sea un buen inositol (40:1) Solo el reetiquetado en español está mal hecho, como si trajera super poquito del valor y en todo el envase fueran los 2000 mg y además llego de un día para otro Sugiero cambiar el etiquetado respetando los valores originales, fuera de eso, excelente producto
