I needed a pair of bookcases with storage. This looked like it might fit the bill. One of the two that I ordered came seriously damaged and Amazon graciously replaced it. When the second one arrived I put them together. Very impressed with the engineering, the assembly instructions, and the look of the finished product. If I had a use for more I would buy another in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! Note, assembly starts with the bookcase portion and then the storage compartment. It is not necessary but helpful to have another person assist just with lifting the bookcase onto the storage compartment. After that, just one person needed to tighten the fasteners and finish the assembly.

This bookshelf is exactly what I was hoping for! It looks just like the pictures online, tall, sturdy, and stylish. The instructions were super clear, and it took about two hours to assemble with two people and only minor arguing over which way the shelves should face. No missing parts, everything fit well, and once it was up, it felt stable and secure.Now… let’s talk about the real MVP, the styrofoam. I’m convinced this bookshelf came packed with enough styrofoam to protect the Titanic. By the time we finished unboxing, our living room looked like a snow globe had exploded. I’m still finding those tiny white bits in places I didn’t know existed. Pretty sure I sneezed and confetti came out.Overall: love the shelf, just prepare yourself emotionally and physically for the foam fallout. Pro tip: keep a vacuum nearby or a snow shovel.

We bought two of these for my 7 year old son's room for a quick storage solution. I like them, I do not love them, but I knew what I was getting when I ordered a manufactured wood bookcase. I don't expect them to last forever. They look decent and do the job. It took about 2 hours per bookcase. Not a difficult assembly, one person can manage, but it is helpful on some steps to have a 2nd person. The screws and all could have been packaged better, but I just organized those before I tackled construction and that helped a lot.

Looks beautiful in the space we put it pretty good quality and it was easy to put together and it allowed my mother In law to get rid of books that has been around forever

Honestly terrible quality its no sturdy at all. I had take the top off and just use the bottom . I feared something it could tip over. Just using it like this its still wobbly. The door underneath doesnt close securely because the magnet is tiny and there is only one on the top

For the price these are really nice units and look nice as well. We purchased 3 and pushed them together. The below cabinets are very spacious as well. Overall a lot of storage, but for display and hidden.

I bought the to add much needed storage space for my sewing supplies, and received more than I expected. This shelving set is much more sturdy than others in its price range, a big plus. In addition, the depth and height of the shelf spaces have allowed me to store many more items than I expected. A lot of storage for a small space.
