Is this barbell good for beginners?

Yes, the EZ curl bar suits beginners. The curved design supports a natural grip for better wrist comfort, while knurling improves control. Solid steel with a chrome finish resists wear, and the balanced weight allows steady form practice.

What exercises can be done with this bar?

The EZ curl bar supports upper body exercises like bicep curls, tricep extensions, rows, presses, and deadlifts. The curved design promotes a natural grip, while knurling ensures secure control during workouts.

Is it easy to switch weights?

Yes, the EZ curl bar set uses threaded screw collars to secure plates. Collars twist on for easy changes, though periodic tightening may be needed to keep weights firmly in place during workouts.

Is the grip comfortable?

Yes, the barbell features diamond-knurled handles for a secure, non-slip grip. The textured surface improves control and comfort, even during intense or high-rep workouts.

Does it come with weights?

No, the straight barbell and EZ curl bar include bars only - weights are sold separately. They fit standard 1-inch or 2-inch plates for flexible weight selection.

Funcional

El material se siente bueno, no se siente algo profesional, pero si te gusta hacer ejercicio en casa y algo que no es demasiado voluminoso es genial

Great Barbell

The bar is extremely durable and does not feel cheaply made. Great black coated paint and nice grip to it. When closed, plates are locked in place, and have a ton of room to fit a lot of them. Definitely recommend.

Good product as usual

Good grip and curves on the ez bar doesn’t feel too thick or too thin. Feels really sturdy and well built. Came with everything no missing pieces. I bought there 135lb db pair and use those weights on this and it fits perfectly they are 1’ diameter. Only thing is they have a small circular dent on both sides not sure if it’s meant to be there but I don’t think should cause any issue. Overall happy with my purchase as I can now do skullcrushers and curls without only dumbbells.
