The first energy supplement I've ever taken that actually works. There has been a noticeable difference in energy for me and I'm super happy with it. I've been out of work for a couple months with a broken leg, and was having issues with my sleep cycle getting messed up because of my lack of activity. I was napping too much and then unable to sleep, or I would get headaches from over sleeping. Since I started these I haven't had the need to take a nap. I've felt tired and laid down to 'rest' a couple times. Maybe dozed off for 10 minutes tops. But then when I get up I'm good again. Before I'd be taking 2 naps a day and it was taking a toll on me.
