Holds the springs great - I do wish the Brass screws were a size bigger, but if you have a new build they are excellent. - Maybe could be an option for those of us doing repairs vs new builds. I ended up still having to use my Floyd screws as they were larger, & the brass wouldn't stay in the holes with shorter Floyd springs. None the less it's a nice piece - well crafted & should do its job for the life of the guitar.

Love these brass-type claws! Especially the "screw vs. solder" ground.

These claws look very classy and are a must for for me as I like to leave the spring cavity open on strat builds for ease of string changing and I just like the way it looks. The screw for holding the ground wire is a big plus if you ever need to change out electronics.

This thing is so small that it doesn't really increase mass at all. This and my old spring claw weigh about the same. I'm putting this one into the cool mod category instead of the functional category. I wish it matched the size of the old claw. That's when I would be excited.

this trem claw fit perfectly in my Harley Benton fusion 3 and combined with the oversized brass trem weight block it has added a lot more sustain. The whole trem system just feels more solid and fluid with these items added. Much better than the stock items. for the price this is a nicely made claw and makes for an easy upgrade.
