I do love this for the results and the price. I paid a salon to do my underarms a few years back and could have bought three of these instead. The downside is that IPL does not work on everyone. Pay good attention to the hair and skin color chart. Also you have to really get your timing right. You have to use this every week for good results and it takes time to click something like a leg. I've used this up to level five with the cooling feature and sometimes there is a painful shot. It feels like a rubber band snapping against my skin. I've felt that with the salon too. There are a limited number of shots in the item, but I've gone over most all of my skin many times and only used 7,000 or so. There's enough there you could share with a partner or close acquaintance. For harder to reach areas, a helper might be needed. Good quality item that is light enough to hold onto even as I'm approaching a hour of use.

Can't believe how effective this machine is! Wish I had bought this before spending so much money on professional laser removal. I have olive toned skin and dark hair so I worried it might not work but I have been pleasantly surprised. My skin is so smooth in the targeted areas. It is very easy to use and it is very durable. I really recommend this product, better than the salon. Do be careful to only do one go in each area. You can really burn your skin if you over do it.

It worked amazing for about 9 months. 980000+ flashes left. Paused during the summer because of risk with sun exposure. Worked intermittently until today. So about 15 months. Still less than 100$ and less than the salon! She loved the cooling. Fits easily in your hand. Light

Garbage. First one I bought failed after about 20k flashes before the 30 day return policy was up. Returned it and got another thinking it was just a one time thing, new one failed at 32 days in the same exact way at about 15k flashes. Same exact warning signs. Startup gets rough, fan starts grinding and flashes become more spaced in time. I've coddled them, cleaned them, but the fan always gets wonky and then the flash stops. Does it work at preventing hair re-growth? Yes. Look elsewhere. It's not a good brand or product.

I've been at it for months with literally no change at all, I've been running at a 7, any higher burns my skin but burns are the extent of it doing anything, there is no change to any hair amount or follicle density.
