Q: Do these have a "shiny" look to them (like active wear) or do they have a soft cotton look?

I bought the white "yoga" capris and mine are NOT shiney. Mine have a soft cotton look.

Q: What is a yoga waist band

To me it just looks like it's about a 2 inch waist band--it is made of the same material as the pants--not stiff or tight.

It definitely is a dark gray but not dark enough to look like black. It's more of a dark bluish gray. It's pretty but not black

Q: I have very tiny legs. Are the loose in the leg area?

I'm 5'2" and 130lbs with skinny legs. That is the only flaw with these leggings in my opinion...wish they fit more snug in the legs! I still love them and buy them every Summer though.
