Background noises at night are getting annoying
I was having issues and contacted them via email. They stopped replying so I called their help number after trying to return it. The customer service team called me back and helped me with the issue. Very thankful for them calling me back

Everything on it was perfect, easy to set up, camera is amazing, wifi and range is absolutely insane how far out you can walk and it still be connected, recommend this to anyone out there

Easy to use and solid performance
The baby monitor with 2 cameras has been a solid addition to our room. We’ve used it for over two weeks now, and there have been no connection issues. I appreciate that it doesn’t require WiFi, which gives me peace of mind about security and privacy. The split-screen feature is really helpful for keeping an eye on both rooms at the same time, and the image quality on the 1080p screen is quite sharp. I also like the auto night vision; it gives a clear picture even in the dark without disturbing the baby. Overall, it’s reliable and easy to use, though the lack of an included SD card is a minor downside, but it’s still worth recommending.
