Excellent product, perfect fit.
Arrived well packaged especially since it was a hitch and heavy. All hardware and instructions secured well. Excellent instructions and very easy install. 20 GMC Terrain. Would recommend to anyone looking for same hitch/ similar vehicle. Took two of us 45 minutes to install this and wiring kit in the rain.

When you read the negative reviews, remember it's a trailer hitch. It may not have a perfect finish, it may be heavy. That's the point it's rated for 4,500 lb. I have no regrets at all about buying this very well built, very well laid out, installed very easily. It fit beautifully. I would not hesitate to buy this again. As soon as you pick it up you can tell it was not made in China. Very happy with the reveal on how far it sticks out also. This thing was designed and built perfectly. 2020 Equinox LT.

Strong hitch
Very strong and heavy. Looks great, but has poor instructions and takes a lot longer than 35 minutes to install.

Very very pleased with the result.
Looks a little complicated but it's not. Simple to install; simply follow instructions. Using the coiled wires with the bolts was easier to use than I expected. I installed this by myself in the garage on jackstands in under 2 hours, and I was not in a hurry. If you can change your brake pads you can install this hitch. Very please with the result.

Fit my 2020 GMC Terrain perfect I had to get trailer light wiring separately but this is perfect

Great quality. Easily installed on our 2024 Equinox. Mainly used with our Swagman bike rack to haul two E-bikes. Very solid and secure.

Trailer hitch on 2023 GMC Terrain Comes with all hardware. Easy to install just need a floor jack and support to hold in place while bolting. Watching a video on installing is very helpful
