High-quality! Sturdy and way nicer than others.
This is a high-quality weather strip. The bronze is a beautiful color. It’s a perfect match to my Andersen doors and windows. The aluminum is heavier gauge than typical weatherstrip, and the rubber insert feels more substantial than most. It's very sturdy and should certainly help with drafts, dirt and bugs.Excellent quality overall. 100% recommend.

Great quality, as most M-D products are. Just ordered the wrong type. Still used in my garage and it works as supposed to. Decent price as well.

After looked on different stores included hardware ones, I was worried about quality, color and if it would fix appropriately. For my surprise checked all of what I was looking for and for almost half the price! Good deal !

Might require some washers to not have a gap along the top.
This is the first M-D product that I've used that didn't meet my expectations. If you tighten the attachment screws down, the bottom edge of the aluminum squishes the rubber and the top edge of the aluminum pivots outward leaving an unwanted gap. I used washers (the red line in the drawing) between the aluminum and the rubber to make it able to lay flat. It's "fine."

Keeps the daylight and the cold out.
We bought a new double exterior door that was originally just the two doors; we had them installed in a door frame/jamb, and the installation was such a bad job. Gaps everywhere--at the top, the bottom, and between the two doors, with sunlight clearly visible through the gaps. We've managed to fill most of the gaps around the edges of the door. These door sweepers are perfect for the bottom edges of the doors; they block the light (and the critters), and we can angle them to fit our imperfect doors. We had to cut a notch out of the top edge of one of the door sweeps because of a center divider between the two doors that protruded just a hair beyond the door. We are happy with the door sweeps.
