I waited until I finished a bottle to write my review. I am very happy with this supplement. Pros: Way less bloating than when I started. I noticed a marked difference by week 2. An unexpected pro is a very noticeable difference in hair shedding when combing or washing my hair. I have experienced hair loss over the years that have taken my naturally thick hair down to thin, which I hate, so I am hopeful that less loss may allow new growth to happen and possible thicker healthier hair. The pills smell nice and look exactly as they appear in the picture. Easy to swallow. The only supplement I have taken every single day and am glad I bought the two pack. Cons: The pills are soft gel and any amount of humidity will cause them to stick to each other. You may have to shake your bottle around to loosen them. Shipping took longer than expected. So if you plan on ordering more I would recommend ordering before you are too low or you might have to skip days. (This could have been a shipping issue in my area and not on the company itself.)

Honestly I was skeptical at first this stuff has helped so much I have more energy ,my sleep quality has improved, my self esteem has risen I've noticed the bloating has went down significantly I've tried everything to lose weight this pill has more than one use I've noticed some huge changes in my mood being better I 100% recommend this I waited at least 2 weeks before giving this 5 stars make sure you take it at the same time every day it's easy to use and it tastes like oranges I really like that it's got a pleasant taste. It's definitely worth what I paid for.

I went off my birth control in January of this year and have been having horrible withdrawal symptoms such as extreme nausea and vomiting. I have been looking for something like these pills to help balance my body out again after quitting my birth control cold turkey. Being on the shot for 8 years, I wasn’t getting a period for the entirety of that 8 years. It has been 6 months since I quit taking my birth control and I still hadn’t gotten my period back. I took one of these pills at night and the next day I got my period and I haven’t felt sick since I have taken one of these each day. Highly recommend this product to anyone having similar problems such as quitting birth control. I truly feel they work.

About to be 2 months taking this probiotic and it seems to be helping my stomach issues with ibs , also my hormonal acne is much better. I feel my sleep quality has improved. Great value, worth every penny Will continue buying .

This is the first probiotic that I reordered. It has helped me fall asleep faster and have more deep sleep, less stomach noises, less acid reflux, less throat clearing after meals, more regular cycles, less food cravings and food amounts needed, less oily forehead, and decreased GI issues. Seems odd that all this is due to an otc probiotic, but this is the only change I’ve made. I’ve been taking them for 7 weeks and started noticing improvements after about 4 weeks. Also, I never experienced any side effects even when taking without food. I usually eat some blueberries or apples a few times a week to provide some prebiotics to support the supplement.

I can feel it working in a week. This product is amazing.

It wasnt until I stopped taking these that I noticed a difference. My appetite came back stronger, my moods started changing. I noticed it had been weeks since I had taken these since I ran out. I bought another bottle. You won't really notice any difference until you stop and all your symptoms come back! Would recommend this if you have mood swings for sure! This is my second bottle and will continue to purchase!
