Cuts so easily through bread that it makes me realise just how bad my old knives were.
I never thought my bread knives were a problem, they got the job done... But once I got this knife I now cannot go back to low quality or dull knives. It just makes things so much easier. It's worth the price. It feels high quality too, but not extremely expensive like some other options.

GOOD KNIFE, BUT...
It's a very nice knife, except: it's very difficult to cut straight down across a loaf of bread. Why? Because the cutting edge has been shaped on one side only, and that angle will push the cut inwards when slicing a loaf of bread. That's for right handed people... left handed use will be the opposite... So, albeit it could be easily a five star knife it's let down by the cutting edge, which by the wat is extremely sharp... but doesn't cut straight.

Muy bien cuchillo. Estoy muy contenta con la compra. Pero hay que vigilar con el plástico Nero que protege la punta del cuchillo. Una vez que lo quitas no intentes volver a colocarlo.

Pro: - Sehr scharfer Wellenschliff – schneidet mühelos durch harte Krusten und weiches Brot - Saubere, gleichmäßige Schnitte ohne das Brot zu zerdrücken - Liegt gut in der Hand, angenehmes Handling - Gute Balance zwischen Klinge und Griff - Wirkt insgesamt hochwertig verarbeitet Contra: - Klinge ist recht lang – braucht etwas Platz beim Schneiden - Für sehr feine Arbeiten eher weniger geeignet (klassisches Brotmesser-Problem) Fazit: Ein sehr solides Brotmesser, das genau das macht, was es soll: saubere und präzise Schnitte durch jede Art von Brot. Die Schärfe und der typische Wellenschliff sorgen dafür, dass man kaum Kraft aufwenden muss und gleichmäßige Scheiben bekommt, ohne die Krume zu zerdrücken. Insgesamt ein zuverlässiges Küchenwerkzeug, das im Alltag überzeugt und eine klare Kaufempfehlung ist.
