Owl Applique Leather Oyster Card/Travel Pass Holder by 1642 (Blue)

I love this card holder, the owls make me smile every time I look at them and others have commented how nice it is. The leather feels soft, it's a great colour and it shows up easily in my bag. I've just realised the colour is described as blue, I would've said this is a pale green colour but either way, the Amazon photos are accurate. I use it for an Oyster card and my work pass, one card sits in each pouch perfectly but they would take more if you need. I also bought the matching coin purse  Zip Top Owl Applique Leather Purse by 1642 (Blue)  which is fab too and saves me stuffing coins and notes into this. If buying the pair, the owls are a slightly different colour on the purse but it's not really an issue. I have another card holder made by 1642 and it's lasted really well, hopefully this will be as good.

The item arrived on time and is looks exactly like the photo. It’s made of good quality leather and the colour is true to the photo. I would have given in 5 stars except the internal stitching of the clear plastic panel to the leather is weak. It’s not a problem for me as I won’t be sliding my oyster out repeatly, but if you intend to use the other side for a card which you need to take out, the stitching in my opinion will not cope. Having the slotted the oyster in the stitching has already pulled away from some sections of the window. It’s okay for my intended use.

This is a lovely product, it looks great and I love the owls on the front. The design is perfect for a swift pass through train station barrier; I don't need to take the card out of the wallet.The product arrived very quickly in a presentation box so it's perfect for a stocking filler.

What a lovely design, exactly as in the picture. I've got so many compliments for it already. However, after using it for a few weeks, cracks have started to appear in the fold, so it's probably not quite of the best quality.

I bought this to replace another 1642 cardholder which refused to die but i just fancied a change. The quality is fantastic and the design is just so pretty. My oyster card doesn't budge either (some cardholders can be a bit loose) so I can use it with confidence. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone.

I purchased this wallet for my bus pass which I get in January. Already owning another which I use for my rail cards I know that I will get years of use out of this card. They are solid holder that just soften up with age without tearing

A gift for my daughter, this card holder is well made and pretty. Perfect for credit or Oyster cards fitting easily into a back of jeans pocket. She finds it invaluable, enabling her to flip it open and swipe her Oyster card with the rest of her contactless cards far enough away that they don't get billed too.

Love it. A nice colour that stands out in my bag. Soft leather feel and I especially like the pocket on the back that I use as a emergency money pocket.
