On non-stick if cooking fish put first oil heat good then just drop it in crispy. Weight of the wok isn't heavy. heat is distributed evenly just maneuver where you need heat more evenly. The handle is made of wood and it can be removed to fit in your closet or shelf. Try the non stick method i told you won't go won't regret it!

what can i say, i truly love this wok. it's great for cooking anything. i am really happy with it. you can stir fry, fry, steam if you like the style is great the wok is strong made of steel. the top is also. cooks on any stove gas, electric, outside fire you name it. great for the money. i really enjoy my wok.
