So I usually get CLA from a reputable company the only thing is it's very expensive and so I always wait for a buy I get one free this way I get 6 for 60 dollars versus three for 60..anyway I came across this item and the dose was deceiving because on the front it states a large dose however read the ingr list because it's got several different ingredients that amount to the dose however the actual dose of the CLA is much lower than I usually take so seeing the price I thought wow score...yeah I guess you get what you pay for because not only is the dose extremely low but after having loaded my weekly med box I noticed a few pills were either half filled or empty so I emptied the contents of the bottle and found a large amount had split open each pill had no liquid in the gel caps and was split open I counted 12 pills in the one bottle and I have bought several so very upset I can only imagine what I will find in the other bottles definitely should of stuck with my normal brand if it seems to good it usually is

I give this product a 5 star. I have used it for several weeks and have noticed a drop in weight in just 2 weeks. My goal was to drop 10-15lbs and this has been a start in the right direction. It helped with increasing my body temp during workouts which in return helped with losing some lbs. I also feel leaner and my body is tighter. Give this product a shot you won't be disappointed. Very reasonable and great benefits.
