It has minimal scent, clearly not perfumed, has a faint marzipan smell to me but it's not strong at all and didn't cause me any problems (I only use unscented products so no smell is important to me, I'm very sensitive to odours on products and it's tricky for me to find an acceptable suncream as they usually stink). It spread fairly easily and didn't leave any white cast although if you applied too much to one area I could see how it would leave a white cast and be tricky to rub in. Once rubbed in, it wasn't greasy. The first time I used it I wasn't sure if I had missed bits, so I made sure to re-apply soon after just in case. I got the hang of applying it and didn't worry about getting burnt. The Green People No Scent Sun Cream protected my skin from the sun and I didn't burn. It seemed to stay on after being in the water as you could feel the film on your skin when it was wet. The 200ml tube lasted a week (I had some left and I shared the tube with someone who wasn't in the sun much) but I wasn't sun bathing all day every day, so I suspect if you were in the sun all day you might need a few tubes of this.
