My doctor prescribed these to help my adrenals and help my fatigue. They seem to be helping. They taste great.

I bought these because I am looking for a fun way to take these herbs. I am tired of swallowing capsules daily on and off for the past few years. Taste is good. So easy to take them.🤞 Hoping they work as expected for lifting my mood. Packaging was in great shape. Gummies were a bit melted looked out of packaging. 2 weeks in- I've noticed no change. Usually a combo of these herbs will have me feel perky and energetic by now. This is the 2nd brand of gummies Ashwagandha containing herbs I have tired. I will not buy it again. Going back to capsule form.

We call these happy pills. I use them when my SAD is getting the best of me. My daughter takes one every day. They seem to work. I found them after reading an article about herbs that help with mood and this gummy contained all the herbs I was looking for in one gummy! Win Win! I hope they keep making them and don't change the recipe like they did on the Quecertin/Zinc gummies. The cherry isn't bad but grape was the bomb!

These are not only vegan, but non-GMO, soy and gluten free, and pretty tasty. Kids would LOVE these, so make sure to keep them out of reach. They are really sweet, which makes it very much like candy. Since these do not contain gelatin like the traditional gummies you might be used to, the texture of these may come as a surprise. They are much, much softer and a little sticky from the pectin. Don't be surprised if many are stuck together in the bottle. They add a dessicant packet, but they're just sticky by nature. This is true of any vegan gummy. They hold their shape well and can be easily separated. These can be chewed, but they may stick to your teeth for a minute. I personally just suck on mine like candy and it curbs one sweet craving for the day. As for effectiveness, it's really hard to tell in just a few weeks. These should be tried for at least 6-8 weeks to gauge any true changes. I am certainly not experiencing any negative issues, but I also do not have that instant calm feeling that others do. I simply need more time to fairly evaluate. I will say that the combination of adaptogens used and dose is pretty ideal. Kudos for a small company offering vegan gummies as an alternative to taking so many capsules or pills to meet your needs. They are also GMP certified and registered with the FDA. And made here in the USA. Because of this, I would give these a big thumbs up for checking so many boxes. I look forward to trying more of their products.

I love the idea of a high quality gummy instead of having to take another capsule. These are GMP manufactured which I really appreciate for quality. I'd love to see a 3rd party testing certificate for purity as well but I did a little research on the company that manufactures this and they appear to be a good quality company that is trying hard to make high quality supplements. If you want to know how much of each adaptogen is contained in this supplement, the manufacturer has posted a photo of the back of the box that clearly states how many mg of each vitamin or herb is contained in this gummy. While it may not be as much as you're used to in a capsule, it is still a good amount of some of the adaptogens. Others, you may want to supplement with another capsule if you don't feel like this is enough for you, but I appreciate the transparency of this company. No two individuals will have the same needs which is why there isn't a recommended daily value for some of these adaptogens. I really enjoyed being able to cover some of my adrenal needs with a gummy so I'm giving this five stars and would recommend this to others. I often change up my adaptogens and adrenal supplements so I wouldn't recommend anyone use just these forever and expect it to be their only source of nutrition for their adrenals but it is sure a nice addition to my arsenal and a welcome break from a capsule for a little while.
