I'm on my 3rd one. The sizes are much smaller then you'd think. Have first two as gifts when they didn't fit perfectly size chart. 2 sizes up from size chart and I finally got the right fit. However....I do love it. Definitely thins you and makes clothes for nicer. If I was willing to buy 3 to get the right one, and didn't return any... That should speak to how much I like this.

I order the size according to your weight because it says it runs small, well that didn't work it was like I was wearing a smoother instead of a girdle. So I returned and got 2 sizes smaller, that worked on my midsection but it created a cameltoe for my lower ab and only because after 3 C-sections it hangs. So I do recommend if you don't have my issues with very poor lower abs, but be sure to get a size smaller.

Seemed as if it would work bit, it was a tight fit. Ordered the next size larger. Should work a bit better.
