Defective product
I have received a defective piece of apple airpods 4. The pairing always showed as incomplete, despite trying all the possible solutions. Once connected to my phone, the airpods would randomly disconnect itself from my phone and it would keep repeating. It is not even possible to call using these airpods as they keep disconnecting. I have tried all possible options such as resetting the device, my phone, unpairing and pairing, even disabling features such as in-ear detection. yet, the issue persisted. I contacted amazon customer service regarding this issue, yet their service was pathetic. They refused to take a return for the product, or even provide a replacement. They scheduled a pickup for the item, but the delivery person rejected the pickup due to an issue on their end. Pathetic service, and product.

Go for it. The ANC is smooth and you still can hear external noise a little bit if preferred.
Audio quality - 5/5 Buds built quality - 5/5 Case - 3/5 (the hinges are loose and it makes a noise but thats how they are manufactured) Doesn't go well operationally with android but works well. Overall 4/5

Better than the one without ANC
This is better than the AirPods 4 without ANC which I had bought earlier and the left pod was constantly going out of charge. I don't face any problems with this one so far.

King of Wireless Earbuds
Amazing audio quality, just as expected! The adaptive & transparency mode are the best in any headphones I’ve ever used, especially the conversation awareness feature…it’s a game changer, the way the volume automatically reduces within a second as soon as you start talking, and immediately gets back to it’s previous level when you’re done talking. It fits greatly in my ears as well, very comfortable. For all its pros, I’d say it’s perfectly priced, even a little cheap actually. And for cons, I’d say it’s got a slightly smaller battery life than my AirPods Pro…but still pretty good! If you’ve got 20K to spend, go for it, if you’re using an iPhone. Chances are you’ll love it.
