Well, dang I didn’t realize this was a poopy tea. Lol. I was just looking for a good caffeine free green tea when I stumbled upon. This looks good enough but then I was wondering why I kept pooping every morning because I drink my tea in the evening so I decided to come back on here and read it sure enough it was the tea. Lmbo! I don’t think it tastes very bad matter fact I actually like to taste I don’t like the smell so what I do is I put two cinnamon sticks in and a teaspoon of honey makes it really good. But at least I know why I’m pooping in the morning. I’ll keep using it at least I’m getting cleaned out effectively.
