Canon EOS 80D Pocketbook: camera field guide

I thought it was too expensive

Bought this in the hope that it would be a basic idiots guide to carry with me in my camera case but sadly am disappointed. It is more technical than basic and is in effect a very short precis of the camera manual.If you have a bit more available cash - get the 80D dummies book - far more simpler to understand and goes back to basics literally. I am flying with the dummies book but grounded with this one. Not complaining for the money - it will come in handy but not just yet.

A good, portable little aid which you never know might come in handy when you need it.

It didnt warrant the price

Very good price and easier to find info than the 300 page manual, which obviously has more detail but is hardly a ‘field’ book.

Brilliant little guide book.

If you truly want to learn how to use your camera. Stick to actually using your camera on a regular basis and also watching a few YouTube tutorials here and there
