I followed the instructions by placing in the dryer to fluff it up. It helped but it seemed to separate in the middle. Then VOILA within a day or so it filled out; no more separation! I've been using a Bolster Pillow for Lumbar and Leg Support between my legs as I am a side sleeper with back problems. Yet it's not long enough to drape my arm over, so I was twisting my spine. As a result I'd still wake up with back pains after 4 years use. This body pillow did the trick. I can put my entire bent leg on it plus it's long enough to place my arm on it. No more back pain! I'm surprised and pleased how firm the body pillow is; it has a zipper if you want to take some foam out. Speaking of zippers the velvet-like cover has a zipper that is nearly impossible to close when trying to put it on the body pillow. The zipper tab to pull on is small and slim, difficult to get a hold of. I finally got it in a half hour, sweating bullets that the zipper tab would come off. That very comfortable crushed velvet look/feel cover is staying on for life. Febreze will be my new best friend.

Exactly what I was looking for. The firm round shape keeps me from rolling onto my stomach which then leads to back pain in the morning.

I am a side sleeper. I bought this to relieve my shoulder and chest pain when I sleep. I needed something firm so that it can support my shoulders. Secondly I like to rest one of my legs on the bolster. This fits the bill perfectly. I also wanted it to be firm so I bought extra memory foam and stuffed it full. Now it's perfect. Next I have a hard time looking for replacement bolster covers since it's XL. I managed to find them in Cuddle Beddings, https://www.cuddlebeddings.com/. They also sell an XL bolster but this is cheaper. I got my extra memory foam, 700g, from them too. I am very pleased with this product. The bolster cover is soft and plush. It came in a very small size. I unwrapped it and it expanded in less than 30 minutes. A very good investment for a good night's sleep.

It had lots of filling in it, was pretty big and firm, but you can unzip and remove some to adjust to your liking! Very soft. Love that it has a removable cover but the zipper isn't the greatest quality. Gets stuck sometimes. I've removed it about 20 times now and still holding up but it feels like it's going to give soon.
