This knife is beautiful which in the scheme of things really isn’t important but WOW! We’ve had it for about 6 months and it has maintained a sharp edge and we use it daily. When you pull the knife from the box it’s got some weight to it, it feels nice in your hand. I was hesitant to order a brand I had never heard of but I liked it so much I just ordered the steak knife and the 3 piece knife set.

When it comes to cutting bread Ive found that a longer blade is preferred. It's perfect for cutting rolls or buns. But it's been horrible so far for cutting bread. It needs about four more inches on the blade

I bought this knife for a white elephant exchange because, let’s be real, I’m competitive and love watching my gifts get stolen and fought over. This year did NOT disappoint. I come from a family of at-home bread makers, and this knife was the holiday hit. People were eyeing it like it was the last slice of pumpkin pie. Also, it’s absolutely beautiful—like a handheld work of art. I definitely won the “best gift” title.

This knife is NOT made in Japan. It is made in China. A shame, really, as the knife stands on its own merits and there's no need for the misleading advertising.

Almost cuts the bread itself it’s so sharp. All my colleagues comment on the pattern and the handle is very comfortable. I’ve had this for a few months now and it looks brand new, well made and good quality material.
