This is the best product I've used for glass shower door (and I've tried several). The trick is to use a damp (not super wet) towel and not use a ton of product. Clean the glass as if you were simply using a damp towel with soap, then use a WET towel to remove the haze. Don't apply as if you were waxing a car. -Took me about 10 or 15 minutes to do, when usually it takes me a lot longer. Will continue to use and have even text my friends about it. I'm glad I found this product.

If you are looking at this product you are probably like me and searching for that miracle solution for removing water spots from your shower doors. I squeegee after every shower, but over the past 2 years the water spots have still accumulated and no matter what product I used, I couldn't remove them. Decided to give this a try and it was the easiest, fastest way to clean my shower glass. A lot of suggestions here to use a scrubber attachment for your cordless drill. Not necessary. I had a scrubber for my drill motor and it worked good, but it was only cleaning in 3" circles and was slow-going. I ditched the drill, grabbed a plain old green scotchbrite pad, folded it in half and went to work. Just squirt the cleaner directly onto the pad, apply slight pressure and scrub. Circles, up, down, left, right, whatever it doesn't matter. I worked in 18" x 18" sections. You will feel when it's clean as there will be no resistance to the pad. Take a wet rag and wipe off, rinse the rag and wipe again. Took about 30 minutes to do the door and side panel. Used about half the bottle. After you are done it will still be hazy, so keep rinsing it off. I rinsed, used a squeegee, then used some glass cleaner to remove any other residue. The squeegee just glides on the glass now when I'm using it. My shower glass looks brand new, cost $12 for the bottle, $3 for a pack of scotchbrite pads, and 30 minutes of my time. I will use this until California bans it for being too effective.

After trying several pastes and sprays to get the hard water stains off our 17-year-old glass shower door, we finally tried something that makes it look a lot better. It may take additional scrubbings to get all the hard water stains off but this made a big difference in the first use. Our glass door is not clear glass! My husband just rewarded me for all my hard work by bringing me lunch! One thing I will say is to put a towel down if your shower door swings outwards. I did drip a few drops of this cream cleanser on the old towel. Also I wore eye protection, gloves, a face mask and rain booties. Just be careful to rinse everything off before you vacate the shower. I had to clean up a spot on my carpet because I went into the bedroom to get another pair of gloves. You may want several pairs of disposable gloves and a scotchbrite scrubber that is damp to apply the cream. So far so good! IT rinsed off well! ~The Rebecca Review P.S. Took photos. My housecleaner couldn’t believe how clean my shower doors got. She’s complained about cleaning them since my bath remodel 3 years ago. Wow!

Was psyched about it and it was mostly a dud. Did not take the soap scum off. Booo.

I’m not a review writer, so this should say it all. Works amazing and almost in dare I say seconds?!! I didn’t even have to scrub all that much and left my glass streak free and removed all water stains. Wonderful product. Will be buying from now on.

I don’t think I’ve ever given a 1 star review on anything. This product is garbage. Not only did it not clean any better than pretty much every other product I’ve ever used… I needed to use multiple applications of Simple Green (plus squeegee’ing and hand polishing with a micro fiber cloth) to get the milky residue off my glass shower wall/doors. If your glass is frosted, this would be less of a problem But mine is transparent and smoke tinted so the milky residue was glaringly obvious. Took over 30 min just to get it off one panel of a 4 panel glass wall. So thankful I didn’t apply it to the entire glass wall first! There was also absolutely no water repellant result as is alluded to. Probably the worst cleaning product I’ve ever bought.

Recently moved into a new home with glass shower doors that were in great need of hard water mineral deposit and soap scum removal. Wow! This product is impressive. The first set of shower doors came clean with one application, and was followed with the Rain-X Shower Door Water Repellant. The doors are crystal clear once again. The second set of glass shower doors took a bit more work with four applications of Rain-X Shower Door Extreme clean, but the extra effort was worth it. The doors look brand new! My only regret was not getting a before picture to show how bad the glass doors looked, but I do have an after pic to share. This product is very easy to use too. I used a damp cloth to apply the cleaner, and worked in smaller sections while applying pressure and moving the towel in a circular motion, as directed. I then rinsed well using a gloved hand to wipe off any extra residue. Once rinsed, I wiped the glass completely dry to check for any areas that needed extra help. Although the product scent and fumes is not overly strong, definitely use with an open window or fan running. Overall, this product works extremely well. I am very satisfied with the results, and how easy it was to achieve beautiful results.

it is pretty simple and really get it clean in 1-2 attempt. Will definetly recommend to my friends.

Good product, but needs careful application on glass surfaces with neoprene gloves & microfibre cloth. It has been about 3 weeks since the application of this product and the glass surfaces retained the rain water repellent property.

Amazing product I try for a year to clean my outside windows nothing did work. Rain X did work amazing and it didn't take me long

Great product - cleans without any scratches on the glass. Still requires a bit of elbow grease though.
