We LOVE this mattress! My husband had it in a full size before we were married. After getting married, we upgraded to a queen size of the exact same mattress (10") because we love it so much! It is very comfortable, durable, and easy to assemble. It's just as nice as any expensive memory foam mattress. Great value.

Was concerned about the comfort of this mattress for the first few days - I was sinking right into it and it was weirdly squishy. However, after a bit of time, and after I bought a bedframe and lifted it off the floor, it became more firm and super comfortable. For the price and convenience, this mattress is great! I sleep vey well. Only issue is that it sucks energy away if you are moving around on it.

I've purchased this mattress in twin 8-inch, king 8-inch, and two in queen 10-inch. I got the twin mattress about two years ago and really liked it, so I decided to get the king mattress (4-5 months ago) for my parents. The twin and king expanded within 48 hours as expected and are great. They are definitely on the firm side but still very comfortable. They do not have much edge support which I guess is expected with a memory foam mattress. The twin mattress is still great after two years! Shortly after purchasing the king mattress, I got two more of them in queen 10-inch (we had just moved at the time and were switching out our old furniture). I did have some issues with both of the queen sized mattresses. One of them would not expand past 6 inches even after two weeks. It was also deformed at one end and was way too soft, causing me to sink in and wake up with back/neck pain. However, I was able to get a replacement for it from the manufacturer and have not had any issues with the replacement. It is firm and comfortable just like the twin and king. The second queen sized mattress expanded to the full 10 inches but similar to the first queen mattress, it provides practically no support. It is too soft and sinks in. I didn't try to get a replacement for the second mattress and I think it may be too late to try now since we've had it for a couple of months. I'm not sure what causes the inconsistency in quality, but I noticed that the two queen mattresses with no support were manufactured in 2014 whereas the replacement I received says 2016.

My mother had purchased one of these mattress for my son about 5 years ago so she had a comfortable bed to sleep in when she came to visit. It held up so well that we decided to purchase one for ourselves when it was time to replace our mattress. We ordered the 10" queen sized mattress for us, and a 10" full sized mattress for one of our other sons. We have had the mattresses for about 6 weeks now and we all love sleeping on them. I use to have terrible back and neck pain every day. I have noticed that since I've started sleeping on this mattress, I don't have nearly as many headaches as I used to have and my back and neck feel so much better. I won't lie though, this mattress does feel quite firm. When you first climb into bed, it's like you're laying down on a piece of ply wood. That initial feeling of stiffness goes away almost immediately though as the bed forms to your body. If you are considering a foam mattress, I would definitely recommend giving this one a try.

We love these mattresses hence ordering a king for the master bedroom in our new house! But instead of sending us the king as asked, we waited two weeks to be shipped a full. Now we have guests here for my 40th birthday and no mattress for them to sleep on. Amazon says it's a third party issue, and you can only leave a message on the seller's voice mail, no immediate customer service help available. Amazon also advised that the return policy is that you can't return once opened, and of course we were 20 seconds away from ripping open the plastic to watch it grow. Amazon helped with a make good, but we are very upset as this screws up our glamorous weekend, and now we need to have one of our friends on the floor on a twin mattress. How hard is it to read the box in a warehouse?! Buy this mattress! Avoid this seller.

I'll admit it. I was skeptical of this mattress. I have a Tempurpedic and love it. We needed something for my 7 year old daughter's bunk beds and I wasn't going to drop $2K on her bed. Call me crazy! So, I read the reviews on this and bought the 10 inch mattress. I couldn't get anything too thick due to the height of the bunk beds. So, I settled on the 10 inch. I cannot believe how comfortable these mattresses are. Yes, the mattress comes in a box the size of a small log but expands to be a great mattress. I spent much more on the conventional mattresses we had on the beds prior to this one. What a joke! Even my 7 year old complained of back ache on the old mattresses. Now she tells me how comfortable her bed is. If you're on the fence about this mattress, take the plunge. You won't regret it. We've had ours a couple of months and really do still love them.

One of our children had the same mattress for five years and it was time to replace it. His imitation of a kangaroo probably did not help the quality of the last mattress. So we purchased this matters after reviewing everything available on Amazon, the box club we are member's at, and a few competitors in town. We chose this mattress for three reasons. 1. Thickness. A 10 inch memory foam will allow us to put on a future bunk bed and fits great on his current single bed. His single bed has a think piece of boarding under it that will likely be put on the next bed as well. 2. Price. It is a really good price for what you get. Memory foam makes a good mattress. 3. Amazon Prime Shipping and Returns (Kind of). This bed was free shipping with Prime. It came in a manageable size box and once taken out and rolled out it expanded. We let it air for a few hours before he tested it out. It was technically returnable but the reality is that if he did not like it then it would have been a pain to return after it was fully formed. Thankfully, he liked it when he got it and still does!

I've had this mattress just over a year, and I must say I love how firm it is. The firmer the mattress, the better in my opinion. I had bought a different mattress on Amazon before this that people had said was hard, but it unfortunately was not, and after a week of my back hurting increasingly more, I gave up and returned it and bought this one at the recommendation of my sister who also bought it. It is almost perfect in firmness (it could even be a hair firmer) but my back never hurts from it, so I can't complain there. The only issue I really have with it is it never fully expanded. It comes vacuum sealed and rolled up, and both ends never ended up expanding so both ends are still sunk down somewhat. It's not a huge deal for me since I just put an extra pillow at the headboard to keep my head from sliding up and sinking down. And I don't notice the foot end really, especially since I often sleep with my feet curled up. This may be a big deal for someone who is tall and needs all the space though (I'm 5'5").
