Lamomo LED Strip Lights, Warm White Neon Rope, 0.39in/Cut, 32.8ft, 2Pack

I make clocks as a hobby. I picked up a broken neon clock at Goodwill. I made a new face for it (Ford V8 Genuine Parts). The original clock only had one neon ring on the outside. I replaced it with this LED strip and added a ring on the inside for more effect. It was easy to cut the strip and solder wires to the ends for power. The strip is very flexible so making the rings was not a problem. Note that these strips are very bright. On 12V they were too bright for this clock so I'm running with 9V and that worked out fine. The lower voltage will likely increase the life, as well.

These LED lights were perfect for customizing a number display for my event! They were bright, easy to install, and made the setup look absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!

I purchased the red LED rope to restore the third (fourth?) brake light on the RSX Type-R spoiler. It originally came with a line of round top LED, which failed years ago, and any replacements require some DIY and creativity to make it work. The LED rope was probably the easiest solution for this project. Initially, I was planning on laying down a single strip, but I found out that I can layer two strips and solder them together seamlessly. The project was a success and I am happy with the overall results. However, in terms of brightness for brake light use, they are not as bright as I would like them to be. For other applications, the brightness should be sufficient. The 16.4ft rope is the shortest that I found, but all I needed was something under 3ft. While this does give me plenty of replacement rope for when the brake light ropes fail in the future, there may be a brighter solution by then.

It is very very bright and easy to solder. I love how the solder points are very close together, so you have more control of the shape and size. I was making a large LED sign, so I needed more than one roll. If you connect any longer than one full roll (and I mean even a tiny bit more), it will blink and not work. This is in the instructions, but I love to push it. Unfortunately, you cannot. I like how it comes with cable to go between lengths if you cut it. Each piece is very short though and a little stiff, so if you want more control or length between cut pieces make sure to also buy a roll of ribbon cable.

There isn't a power source included. And it's impossible to find a power source that matches the connector fitting on the light strip. I tried contacting the seller and Amazon and have not been able to get an answer or support. I wasted my money.

Finally used it after 6 months, two words comes to mind: "Really Nice" Lets see it last.
