My hair is fine but I do always get dry ends and it is difficult to grow out my hair. I have been using for a month and I cannot believe how good my hair feels. The ends are not dry and it doesn't make my hair flat or greasy. My hair has never felt better. I have tried making my own stuff with coconut oil or castor oil but it always makes such a mess and does not work like this does. My pillow is not greasy just has an amazing smell. Generally I put it on before I go to bed and just sleep with it on. I don't use a ton but be sure to brush my hair after I apply to get it through my hair. I sometimes focus a little extra on the parts that usually dry out but otherwise I just apply to the scalp and brush through.
