I absolutely love this product. It’s a little pricey but works extremely well. I was having a lot of bloating and digestive issues. It helps with the bloating immensely and after two months my digestive tract is much better as well. Def worth the buy

I bought my first bottle of 30 capsules a month or so ago and it worked pretty well, well enough to add it permanently to my daily supplements. Like once I started taking it I wanted to eat and be healthier. However, when I ran out I could REALLY tell how much of a difference this supplement made, especially paired with Manuka honey. I’ve been taking pills since I was a teen and this capsule isn’t intimidating to me, it goes down easily, and it’s tasteless. I will say there is a garlicky smell, but that’s the only con for me. This supplement has also made me want to try more of the Hum Nutrition supplements. I also want to add that Amazon is the best place to get them, they’re a little bit cheaper especially if you’re a prime member and do a subscribe and save.

I’ve been taking for 2 weeks I think it’s finally kicking in. I feel less bloated after I eat and I don’t wake up bloated per usual. Not sure my bloating goes away within 30 min as advertised but I do see a difference.

I don’t usually write reviews but this product deserves it. Today, I was so bloated after dinner to the point of nausea. I took one capsule, and 1 hour later, I was back to feeling like myself again. My stomach bloat decreased and my nausea went away. I’ve also become a lot more regular in just the past week that I’ve started taking this.

UPDATE: The sample I tried that convinced me to buy the full bottle was the original formula, which worked incredibly well. However, this version also promises regularity, which it absolutely delivered after only taking for 3 days (love it!), but I started to experience nausea & stomach pain ONLY after eating the meals where I took a capsule prior to eating (lunch & dinner). It started a few days after I started taking them & the symptoms increased each day, with each capsule I took. I eat pretty healthy, & have been doing so for about 3 years (losing 140 lbs in 14 months & keeping it off for 2+ years - Low GI diet, y'all! The easiest, most effective, & healthiest diet I'd ever tried. You're welcome), so I haven't really had issues with digestion since changing my diet, except for whatever digestive horrors perimenopause is cursing me with. I'd noticed that I experienced zero pain & nausea after eating breakfast but the suffering after eating lunch was horrible & even worse after dinner. I would be in so much pain, so uncomfortable, & nothing I tried would help - Not even Pepto. It took me a minute to realize "maybe it's the Flatter Me?" So I stopped taking it as of yesterday & ZERO PAIN, ZERO NAUSEA all day! I hoping the uncomfortable gas, bloating, & feeling of being full that lasts for hours after eating doesn't come back but if it does then I might try the original formula again, since it worked so well without any issues. If you struggle with gas & bloating, especially after eating, THIS is for you! I originally tried a 3 day sample & it was so effective, & worked so quickly, that I had to order a full sized bottle. I had never experienced any issues with my digestion prior to starting perimenopause (slowed digestion, feeling full & uncomfortable for an exorbitant amount of time, bloating, gas pains). I was suffering & this supplement helped me to feel much better. Like I said, I've taken this before so I can tell you that you take one capsule right before a meal & you allow it to do its magic. There's a variety of enzymes that break down different things like proteins, fats, & sugars. This particular supplement also promises regularity within two weeks of taking regularly & as directed (twice a day - I take one capsule before lunch & one before dinner) but I cannot attest to how true that claim is since I just started taking these two days ago but the gas, pain, bloating, & feeling uncomfortable most of the day are already gone from my life! The added regularity will just be a bonus. Highly recommended!

This stuff really helps! I take it before lunch and dinner and it helps keep the bloat away. It also has a prebiotic and a probiotic, which has helped my bowel movements immensely. I recommend this to anyone who wants help with the bloat!

I usually like the stuff from Hum, it's a great company. This was horrible for me. I haven't never been so bloated in my life and I just stayed that way for almost 2 weeks. It killed my stomach. And what's weird is I fuse their probiotics and I've used their enzyme separately and not have this issue. This bloated me painfully. So uncomfortable and so sick and I kept thinking I was going to get better and it just needed to pass but it didn't. The day after I stopped taking it, all of the problems went away. Not for me but doesn't mean it won't work for you
