It’s ease of use makes the perfect sourdough loaves.
A beautiful piece that is a nice addition to any sourdough equipment collection. Perfect for making the perfect size slicing loaf without stickiness. Quality crafted for years of use. The heat distribution and ease of use make baking a loaf simple. Once cooled it’s easy to clean.

Quality and Customer Care great
I opted for this clay cookware because it is reasonably priced compared to others that had a lid. I use it for baking loaves of bread and it works great. I do follow the instructions that say to pre heat it with the oven, you just have to be careful when removing it to add the dough for baking. I don’t soak it in water first, and one time I did add it cold to the oven. Didn’t break, but I do recommend you follow clay directions consistently as over time it may damage the ware. The first one came with a broken lid and my replacement arrived super fast. I had plenty of time to box and ship the broken one back for a seamless replacement process.

Great if you take care of it.
Used it several times to bake bread. Bread comes out perfectly baked. Just have to remember that clay does not tolerate sudden temperature changes.
