This was the only supplement I had added to my night regime and I woke up at 3 am with diarrhea . I won’t be taking it again , I never get diarrhea so it has to be this .my meal was only cheese and biscuit so it wasn’t the meal I ate. Maybe it has a contradiction with my night supplements ? Update, I was taking this at night along with other supplements, however AI said it was ok to take it during the day so I took it during the day and had no stomach issues, I will update once I have tried it first 4 weeks

I was on hormone replacement therapy for years to keep the hot flashes at bay. I finally had to go off HRT for health reasons. I am 75 years old and have had severe hot flashes for 25 years. The hot flashes were off the chart, 24/7. I ran across this product and as a last resort gave it a try because I really respect Life Extension products. I promised to give it a full month. No results for the first 2 weeks but then I started getting the hot flashes less often and now they are weaker & more short-lived. I will be ordering a second bottle and am just so grateful to have found this help. UPDATE 3-31-2026: This product has been fabulous for me. However, I do need to take more than the recommended dosage. Every body is different, so listen to yours. Also, it is not an overnight fix. Apparently, it needs a little time so be patient.
