When searching for a fitness watch the consumer should know that the device on the wrist is not medical grade. It will give you an approximate reading that should be good enough for most people. The prices on these devices have come down in the last few years and that is a good thing. I researched the most expensive watches to the cheepest. Bottom line is you get what you pay for and should know what you want in a fitness watch. You should also know that the fitness watch will be used in conjuction with your cell phone, either Android or I phone. I chose the FITV11 and using the QR code you get set up nicely and you don't have to be a tech wizard to figure it out. I set mine up very quickly and easily and quite happy with how it performs. Alsoice to know that you can buy replcement bands for the watch. I really have nothing to complain about with this watch and app that goes with it (FIT CLOUD PRO) I guess I am trying to help out those first time finess watch buyers reminding them that they will get what they pay for. It is a fitness watch and not a medical device. I think you should be pleased with the FITV11 fitness tracker watch. The watch: easy to set up. Love that there is no subscription required. It was great at counting steps, the heart rate function was accurate as well as blood oxygen levels. The blood pressure was way off, but not surprising as without an inflatable cuff, it's just little more than a guess. The sleep tracker is ok. The battery charge lasted at least a week. For the price, I'd give it 4 stars. Customer Service: My watch chipped where the band fits to the watch face rendering it unusable after 3 1/2 months. It was not eligible for an Amazon return, but I contacted the manufacturer and they replaced it at no cost immediately! They were most helpful and kind. 5+ stars for customer service!

This watch broke soon after receiving it. It broke on the watch face making it impossible to keep the watch band on. Now I’m not able to use it at all. This was a total waste of money and couldn’t get a refund.

Looks great. Easy to set up

This was exactly what I was looking for, and at a fraction of any brand name units, I can't complain. I didn't want a basic step counter, nor did I care for a full-blown unit from the major manufacturers. The price, how could you argue with what you get? I bought some replacement straps to see if I could find a more comfortable fit - no luck yet. They're all fine, but not exactly what I want. The band that comes with it is fine though, fits well, no pinch points, no hot spots. I tried an elastic one that rides up your forearm a bit more, but for me, I like this. It also makes the entire package so much lighter. I'd highly recommend replacing the band if comfort is higher in the priority list. The UI is also decent - you get some free options too for the watch face.
