Not bad at all but nothings great either.
The pot it comes in is rather ugly. It's more like a 1food container look than the presitine white you see in the images. The brown tape packaging didn't help cause it left glue residue and brown marks on the pot. The plant itself is fine but the root system was a little damaged. Hope it doesn't get infected and kill the plant. It's also quite darker color than the nice light brown image, making it not as Aesthetic as some other that I have seen.

Tree quality is good but plastic could have been a better one for long life:
A strong 4.5 star as the plastic qualituly holding the tree could have been better. Quality of tree is really good.
