Good quality clean product!
This coconut cream is a nice thick consistency like most coconut cream is. It tasted great and is a good value for money considering there’s no gums or added sugar in it. Would recommend for smoothies or making ice cream!

CRÈME DE LA CRÈME OF COCONUT CREAM
I was going to make a coconut lime cheesecake, the recipe called for coconut cream. Amazon delivered what I needed. This coconut cream is thick, creamy, flavorful all at a price lower than my super market. My dinner guests loved this dessert thinking it came from a local high priced pastry shop. This coconut cream gave my cheesecake the oohs and ahhs and the smiles on the faces of my guests.

This looks so good. I am going to use it for my Chicken Curry recipe. I am trying to duplicate the recipe that I had at dinner in Belize. I think it will be delicious in my Chicken Curry!!!!!

I was not sold cream but hardened oil and it smelled like sulphur
I have ordered a large amount of these over time and the 12 or so tins over time had been filled with coconut oil and something that looks like a mix of coconut oil and pith? I got 3 cans out of the batch that were true coconut cream which is great that’s what I paid high amounts for and the rest 9 to be precise were either coconut oil or a mix of 90% oil and some whitened pith. There is a smell like sulphur (rotten fish or rotten eggs present when you open the tins of the watery ones which potentially means this is rotten which would account for why it’s runny and not a cream. Since I’m paying $7 for these and cannot use them I am highly angered but the deception of thinking I am buying cream but I am getting oil or some oil and pith mix that does nothing for my coffee and I CANNOT use. If I wanted coconut oil I would go and buy coconut oil.

A little more watery
This coconut cream seemed a little softer and more watery than others I’ve tried. Yet still made a rich recipe.

Not whipping cream!
This is not coconut cream! This is just ground up delicious tasting coconut. It’s more like coconut butter but it can be used like that either. It’s too watery. I only ordered one can and I won’t be ordering again. However, if you want to just eat the sweetest coconut I highly recommend.
