Are these mikafen seat belt covers washable?

I see no reason why not. They are just fabric in construction so should be fine in the washing machine.

Is it made in the UK?

No idea without going out to car and having a look and l. Not it’s raining lol 😂... however they are very comfortable fit nice no twisting and look smart on the seat belt

Do these actually stop the seat belt from riding up across your neck or just cushion it to make it more comfortable?

My seat belt does not ride up when I am using the Mikafen seat belt pad! ( I have a BMW 325i convertible) It's very comfortable.
