I've had a series of surgeries over the course of the last 3 years (8!!) and my surgeon recommended maxi pads to put between garments and incisions. I chose this brand because they are organic, long enough, and have the cotton top. I ended up cutting them in half the long way to cover large incisions. No irritation, helped me heal, and kept me comfortable while healing.

These are the absolute best pads I could have ever found. Made such a difference literally threw out my always brand pads they are horrible. These are breathable and actually absorb, super comfortable. Literally a game changer and so much healthier for us girlies. I’ve stocked up on these pads for like 2 months I’ll be buying more very soon

You know how some all cotton overnight pads are ridiculously huge, like unfolding a road map? Not these! These RPE large pads with wings are the perfect size for overnights, not too big, but big enough to give me full coverage so I can sleep without the dread of getting stains on my bedsheets. Two sets of adhesive wings keep them in place on my underwear. Also, the price was excellent for organic cotton pads. I buy these for myself and my two daughters and we love them.

I really like these, but they are not good at all when it comes to odor control. I've been using these for a couple of days now, and no irritation. Very expensive if you ask me, but I guess it's worth it, if you do have sensitive skin.

These are too good! I’ve been using these for months now and I can honestly say I will never go back to regular pads again! These do the job well and you will barely feel the difference. I used to get rashes from regular store bought pads, but I’ve NEVER had a rash from these! I prefer these over the other more popular cotton pads here on Amazon. The wings stick well and I prefer the shape of these more. The only difference I’ve noticed in these compared to regular store bought pads are that these take a little longer to absorb in comparison. But it’s not a huge difference. I feel so much better knowing I’m using something healthier down there every month. Highly recommend you try these out for yourself.

I bought two sizes of these and after a few months of use, they’re just okay. They’re not as absorbent as other pads I’ve used and the pad moves around after a few hours of wear. They’re really soft and thin, to a fault. You don’t feel them while wearing but like I said, they’re not very absorbent. I can’t say I would recommend them and I will not be repurchasing.
