How long does it take to fully expand? I keep seeing immediate install. I am on my second order after returning the first one and it’s been hours.

We ordered ours and didnt install them until like four months later, (issue with getting the bed). I literally set my kids bed up this past weekend (5 days ago) and after I pulled these out of the pack, it took about a day, day and 1/2 for them to fully expand out. When I installed them the first day, I was worried they weren’t going to be tall enough and wouldn’t stay in place, so we had my kid sleep with us the first night, but the next day, they had expanded by half, and were sitting very snuggly under the sheet. My kid is wild at night, and so far, these have kept him securely in bed.

do you get 1 or 2 bumpers?

The package contains 1 bumper. And it comes flat. It takes a couple of hours for it to fluff up.

How do you store this when not in use? I cannot shrink back into original storage bag

You might try one of those medium sized air tight storage bags? We put ours on, and have left them, except when we have to wash bedding.

Looking for something to protect my son from falling out of his college bunkbed. Would this work? The twin bed is on a raised platform at least 6 ft

Excellente barrière de sécurité pour la literie

Cette barrière en mousse condensée est très pratique et de qualite. Elle se glisse facilement sous le drap housse. Une fois dépliée, elle reste en l’état et ne peut pas être repliée pour la transporter ou la ranger. Je l’utilise encore maintenant avec mes petits enfants de 5 ans.
