It does what it's supposed to
Keeps the heat for around 12 hours. The cup is a great size. More expensive than I expected but I'm glad I have it. It's a shame it didn't come with a cleaner, as your hand can't fit through to clean it.

Treat it well and it'll last for a long time .
The flask is well made , the nozzle modification looks strong . It keeps cold drinks cold for a good while and hot too . Obviously as you drink from it the temperature will go up , or down, depending . The coating on the exterior of the flask can be a little slippery so make sure of a firm grip , Good flask .

Good Quality! - Keeps hot very well and long.
It's a good quality and works well. (I also own already 2 more Milton Thermosteel -Carafe 1.500 & 1.000- which remain in good condition.) BUT this time I had ordered 2 Flasks of which I had to return one, because the pouring mechanics didn't work properly!
