I’ve been taking these Vitamin D3/K2 softgels for about two years and have really liked them. They’re easy to swallow, the ingredients look clean, and I’ve consistently taken 4–5 softgels a day because I thought my Vitamin D levels needed extra support. However, I recently had routine bloodwork done, and my Vitamin D levels still came back low. That surprised me considering the amount I’ve been taking daily. I’m not sure what the issue is — whether it’s absorption, dosage, or something else — but it does make me wonder if the potency is as strong as the label suggests. Overall, I like the product, the price, and the convenience, but my recent test results left me uncertain. I may try a different brand just to compare.

Too soon to tell but everything seems great with it and you don’t smell like garlic

Works great. I had severely low vitamin D. This is so much easier and is way more absorbable than pills. It tastes really good so it is easy to want to take. It never upsets my stomach the way pills do. I like the way I can change the dose easily as my D levels get normal. I have struggled to be able to improve my D levels before now without an IV in the hospital or ER. It has made drastic health improvements.

Danger. I have been taking this, and my partner. I also bought it for my father, We found no healthy increase in our vitamin D levels yet there was a spiked increase in calcium!! We avoid calcium ? this caused my father to get sick. His doctor said he was hypercalcemia. And sarcoidosis.... Taken as directed. Be weary. I need to buy a different brand. this can cause complication or toxicity . None of us take calcium, not even antacids. We took this. We trusted this brand. I am reading the other negative reviews. Something is off about this product. Please research and possibly choose a different brand. May not be pure vitamin d at all.
