Whoever invented this is a genius. Was skeptical about buying this but it makes a huge difference. I have spent hours perfecting and trying to get the best blend for biryani flavour I have used other essences etc. They make it so yuck that all other flavour loses out. This really highlights your blend of spices and adds its own. My family loves it will buy it again. Pro tip: use it with daawat biryani kit. I am never buying outside biryani after this.
