Concise and Useful!
It's a small book that won't bore you with endless success stories. Ho'oponopono is a deeply healing practice which prioritizes you taking responsibility for everything that happens in your life. It works on your subconscious memories or "data" and helps you identify what is the belief that is working against you and sets you free from it. All you need is 4 phrases - I'm Sorry. Please forgive me. Thank You and I love you. The book details how it was used in the past to resolve conflict within a tribe and it's practical application today in transmuting your reality. Overall, a great intro to the practice and honestly this is all you ever need. You can also grab "Zero Limit" by Joe Vitali and plenty of info on youtube as well.

Ho’oponopono: Personal Growth and learning!!!
🌺 Someone recently suggested I read Ho’oponopono: The Hawaiian Ritual of Forgiveness by Ulrich E. Dupree—and I’m so thankful they did. I read it from cover to cover in one sitting. It was truly eye-opening—reminding me how much we carry within us: old wounds, unspoken regrets, and patterns that quietly shape our lives. This practice shows how gently, yet profoundly, forgiveness and personal responsibility can free us. Life has a way of teaching its lessons, and everything happens for a reason. The words “I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you” aren’t just phrases—they are a powerful invitation to release pain, embrace responsibility, and welcome peace, love, and healing. They mean more to me than I can express. 💛 #Hooponopono #Forgiveness #Healing #Gratitude #ThingsHappenForAReason
