I have been taking one a day. Not sure if it is helping but if I take it with aspirin daily I get no chest pain. I do not think my blood is still thick since taking but there is no definite evidence from.blood tests yet.

As I would expect from this brand there are no fillers, additives, binders or flow agents and it is also third party tested. Overall this is a really good value, high dosage Nattokinase supplement.

The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 180 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 6 months. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider from this vegan supplement company.

Okay but haven't really done anything

Nattokinase is one of those rather odd supplements that claims to take an enzyme from Natto, the name of stuff made from fermented soya beans from japan in order to take its apparently heart health boosting properties. Was a little confused by dosage at first since it swaps between basic FU and FU/g but thankfully they do explain it. That aside as its a 1 per day dosage you get 6 whole months to see if it does anything which is pretty good even if its arguably not something you can notice. Pretty easy to take and its appreciated that there isn't anything weird added like additives or anti-caking agents since some things like that can cause headaches. I'd say could be worth getting this as a trial if you want to try Nattokinase and think it'll help you.

Sehr gut dosierte Nattokinase. Die Kapseln sind gut verträglich und lassen sich problemlos einnehmen. Habe das Produkt gezielt für meine Durchblutung gewählt und bin sehr zufrieden. Klare Kennzeichnung mit 20.000 FU und insgesamt ein hochwertiger Eindruck. Würde ich wieder kaufen

Très bien apres 2 mois de prise . Pour une bonne maîtrise du cholestérol et ces bienfaits pour le cœur. Il empêche/résorbe les Tromboses... d'après les dernières études .
