This is a product one should avoid at all costs. The jet of the steam is so weak that it is unable to smooth even the tiniest of wrinkles. It is supposed to deliver 25 g of steam per minute. The water in the 340 ml tank should last only for 14 minutes. In the steamer I received, the tank is still 3/4th full even after 45 minutes of usage. So either the wattage is wrong, or I received the wrong product. I used it after the return period was over, so I am stuck with this useless and dud product. I sincerely request that the manufacturers either replace it with the proper product or refund me the money.

I had ordered 2 steamers from this brand and both have same issue. The start button doesn’t stop after it starts throwing steam. The worst part is there’s only replacement option and no refund.

Trust me this is on what you’re looking for, this doesn’t help wrinkles go off, this doesn’t help in anything, I am still not sure what it does, coz it ain’t good for nothing.
