incomplete information. Risky Product...
this product provides 1500 mcg of vit b12, which is fine.. but it also has 1.5 mg of Folic Acid , and 3mg of pyridoxine hcl , which is not fine .. this is because , the latter to ingredients are provided way above the daily rda% ... and , in the nutritions table , they have mentioned nothing about how much percentage rda is the given value of the ingredient is .. i am finding discomfort (in the nasal area) after taking the tablets for four days .. maybe because of the excess ALA and pyri HCL ... so i will take only 2 every week , as i cannot let the money waste ... i planned on taking it daily as i am low on vitamin b12.. but, since i cannot use this product everyday due to side effects, now i will have to buy another supplement for that matter ...
