Great Auger and reasonable price.
Received in great condition no damage to the box or to the auger. The auger is very functional, safe and does as it should. Digging holes is not an easy task but I really like the reverse control for safety reasons. It was easy to attach all the drill bits and extension rod when needed. The size and the weight are an added plus and it was worth the price.

Great Auger!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great auger. Love that it has reverse and that it’s electric! Made digging post holes so much easier (especially for a couple in their 60’s). Was missing the 12” extension pole but after emailing the company, they sent us a 3 pack of poles the next day!!! They’re awesome! Highly recommend!Ease of use:Easy to handleWeight:Works greatWorks well:Works great with clay soilValue for money:Not expensive as others

High quality, lots of power, very easy to use.
I love this auger. Super easy to use, comes with three different size auger, they are quick and easy to change out. Just run you a good extension cord and get to work. I’ve used the 6 inch and the 8 inch so far and Doug quite a few holes for a project I have, setting 4 x 4 posts in the ground. It digs holes quickly and without much effort, and it is very nice having the reverse feature. I’ve also used it in planting several rose bushes, it was very handy for that. I am quite sure I will enjoy this tool for many years to come.

Great Alternative to Gas Augers
I use the Proyama auger as a post hole digger and so far it has worked great. The supplied augers dig clean holes and the motor is quiet and has plenty of power. One nice touch is that it features a reverse, which is extremely helpful when you get stuck in roots or rocks. I prefer this over the gas powered augers because I don't have to monkey with mixing fuel or the reliability issues inherent with carburetors and old gasoline. With a long, heavy duty extension cord I can reach the far corners of my orchard and garden. If I have to go any farther I will just wheel out the portable generator.

Broke after about 2.5 hours of use on two days.
The first day he used this auger my husband was thrilled. Then the second day the thing broke. I'm not sure I'll use the correct terms , but the 'shaft holder' that goes into the motor and into which you put the actual auger 'blade' came out of the motor. Nothing snapped, no pieces fell out. Just the part that holds the shaft of the auger came out, still attached to the auger. So less than 3 hours of use and it broke. He did not want to take a chance on a replacement also breaking, so back it goes to Amazon and we now must hunt for another auger to finish a fence for a new puppy.

It worked great but you must be able to take your time if digging in very hard dirt
I have only used this Auger once but during that time it worked great. I started with the 8 inch blade but in my dirt I had to change to the 6 inch and aded soaking with water

Powered through our awful clay soil
I rented a two man gas powered augur to get through my very hard clay soil. My son and I spent the better part of a day drilling holes down as far as we could, but we found that water still wouldn't drain through many of them. I ordered this hoping that we could use a really small bit to just get some drainage, but I didn't have to worry. Using just the stock 4" bit that came with it I was able to punch holes that the much larger augur couldn't handle.Highly recommend this tool - it worked phenomenally well when I wasn't sure it was going to be able to handle the conditions.

Couldn't have completed this job without it! Made digging 8 post holes so easy. Very reasonably priced.
