I have previously used German knives, which while good when sharp, tend to blunt quickly, so I was hoping this knife would keep it's edge longer. Been using regularly since Christmas and so far it is still nice and sharp, I find this knife a pleasure to use, the shape of the blade is great, wooden handle looks really nice and comfortable to use, not too heavy either. Definitely my best kitchen knife, be careful when unpacking, it really is razor sharp when new. Highly recommended and a good price for the quality.

Good quality set of kitchen knives, sharp and rust free as described, perfect grip, good size and shape. Used for cutting meet and veggies, happy with functionality of steak knives too. In my opinion could be a bit thicker and heavier, but I think it's worth every penny I paid for it.

Produit conforme a la description, esthétique, belle finition, trés tranchant, la qualité est au rendez vous, à voir avec l'usure. Ne pas se fier a l'image, les couteaux à steack ne sont pas dentelé, c'est pour celà que j'avais choisi ce model, mais en définitive, ça coupe trés bien la viande. Trés content de mon achat. Bien emballé, je recommande.

I've used these a good handful of times in the last two weeks and I'm impressed. They have a good feel/look and they're very sharp. The scissors are nice and thick, I used them to cut the spine out of a turkey without any issue. I've trimmed meat a few times with one of the steak knives because I didn't really need a bigger one and those things are sharp. The blades are thin but not flimsy which is good because thicker knives don't glide through thicker chunks of meat as well unless you are spreading it apart as you cut. Time will tell how they hold an edge but so far they're great.
